The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has invested in the quality of higher education for many years, thanks to the support and assistance of the World Bank, Minister Moncef Boukthir said at the Faculty of Medicine in Sousse Friday.

He added, at the opening of the first international forum on the quality of higher education, that the Ministry has also contributed through great efforts and total commitment to adapt the Tunisian higher education institutions to a culture of quality.

He said that the holding of the first edition of the international forum on the quality of higher education is part of the first strategies of the Ministry to develop the system of evaluation and accreditation. The goak is to improve training and research, increase the employability of graduates and contribute to economic development, he pointed out.
