HPR: MPs opposed to return of terrorists and all forms of racial discrimination against sub-Saharan African

The return of terrorists, racism and violence suffered by sub-Saharans in Tunisia, were at the center of the interventions of the deputies, at the opening on Tuesday of the plenary session devoted to the examination of the supplementary finance law for 2016.

Several MPs proposed to devote a plenary session to these two issues, while slogans against the return of terrorists in Tunisia were chanted inside the House of the People’s Representatives (HPR).

The deputies affirmed, in chorus, the rejection of racial discrimination, condemning acts of violence targeting Sub-Saharan nationals. They called for hastening the examination of the bill criminalising any form of racial discrimination

As for the return of Tunisian terrorists from the hotbed of tensions such as Syria and Libya, the deputies accused Ennahdha movement and its president, as well as the government of the Troika, directly, accusing them of all responsibility in sending young Tunisians to these destinations.
