HPR Speaker says to be supportive of initiative to resolve CSM crisis

Speaker of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) Mohamed Ennaceur said he offers his backing to an initiative set in motion on January 20 by three members of the Supreme Judicial Council (French: CSM) to tackle difficulties standing in the way of setting up this body.

Ennaceur said he is supportive of this initiative and any other designed to resolve this crisis after meeting Thursday two initiators of the move, namely First President of the Administrative Court Abdessalem Mehdi Krissiaa and President of the Real Property Court Radhouane Ouarthi.

The need to endorse the move so as to help set up this council in the shortest time possible was emphasised, reads a press release issued by the three members of the CSM.
