ICCPL confirms constitutionality of draft law on Authority for Good Governance and Fight against Corruption

The Provisional Constitutional Review Authority (French: IPCCPL) Thursday accepted legal challenges n5, 6 and 7 in form and rejected them on grounds of defect of substance.

These challenges were filed against three draft laws, including two in connection to Nefzaoua and Douiret hydrocarbon exploration permits and the draft organic law on the Authority for Good Governance and Fight against Corruption.

The IPCCPL has thus upheld the constitutionality of these three bills, Secretary-General Hayder Ben Amor told TAP.
