“IoT Tunisia Forum 2018: For efficient ecosystem”, April 27 at the Elgazala Technopark

The 3rd edition of the “IoT Tunisia 2018 Forum: For an efficient ecosystem” will be co-organized on April 27 at the Elgazala Technopark, by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with IoT Tunisia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Communication Technologies and of Digital Economy.

According to the EBRD, this forum aims to boost the ecosystem of technological innovation in Tunisia. Through informative conferences and case studies, it will be an opportunity to present the latest innovations in the field of IoT (Internet of Things), as well as the results of research projects.

Debates aim to define the prospects for the development of the ecosystem and to

identify key sectors that may be seeking such solutions.

IoT Tunisia is a Non-Profit Economic Interest Group, which brings together academics, industrialists and principals with a particular interest in the Internet of Things and its many innovative applications, including smart cities, in the sectors of the Internet. Agriculture, Environment, Energy, Health, Safety and Transport.

The Forum, funded by the European Union as part of the PACS Programme, is the opportunity to close the IoT Tunisia Challenge in its second edition by awarding prizes to the 3 winning projects selected from the 20 finalist ideas of 80 projects submitted.

The forum will also be an opportunity to meet and exchange with internationally renowned researchers and experts in the field of IoT as well as young startups who are taking their first steps in this field.

As part of the forum, EBRD offers one-to-one meeting workshops with experts during which interested companies can present their projects.
