Jordan to Host Arab Ministerial Meeting on Israeli Policies

Amman: Jordan will host a critical meeting on Wednesday involving foreign ministers from Arab states and officials from Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia. This Arab Ministerial Committee aims to address international actions concerning Israeli policies and measures in occupied Jerusalem.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the meeting will focus on the ongoing situation in Jerusalem, particularly its Islamic and Christian holy sites. The objective is to formulate a unified stance against the Israeli actions that are perceived as illegal and aimed at altering the identity of Jerusalem and its significant religious sites.

The committee is composed of representatives from Jordan, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Iraq, Palestine, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States. This gathering signifies a collaborative effort to confront the challenges posed by the Israeli policies in the contested region.
