President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed held talks with Mohamed al-Menfi, Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, on Friday in Brussels, on the sidelines of their participation in the 6th European Union-African Union Summit held on February 17 and 18.
The meeting was an opportunity to review the strong ties of brotherhood and cooperation between Tunisia and Libya, and to reaffirm the common will to further strengthen them in the interest of the two brotherly peoples, said a statement of the Presidency of the Republic.
It also allowed continuing consultations and coordination on various issues related to bilateral relations and the evolution of the situation in the region.
