Kebili placed under orange alert over strong wind

The wind is blowing strong to very strong in the south with a speed varying between 50 and 70 km/h and can temporarily reach 90 km/h in gusts and sand storms, according to the National Institue of Meteorology.
The governorate of Kebili was placed under orange alert, which means a high level of alert and caution due to the danger that can result from strong wind gusts.
The alert level has been reduced in the other southern governorates, to yellow, but vigilance should still be kept during daily activities.
