Kuwaiti Alshaya Group plans to set up regional centre in Tunisia

Executive Chairman of the Kuwaiti-based Alshaya Group, Mohamed Abdulaziz Alshaya, expressed his group’s desire to invest in Tunisia and to build relations of partnership and co-operation with Tunisian businessmen.

Speaking at a meeting with Prime Minister Youssef Chahed on Tuesday in Tunis, he stressed that his group is considering picking Tunisia to house a regional centre of the group for North Africa and also a second regional training centre dedicated to the group’s executives.

The Alshaya Group is an international franchise operator. It operates in a wide range of industries including fashion, footwear, food, health, beauty, pharmacy, optics, home furnishings and recreation.
