Labadi Beach Hotel Distributes Over GHS16 Million Dividend to SSNIT.

Accra: The Labadi Beach Hotel, a leading five-star establishment in Ghana, has announced the distribution of a GHS16.5 million dividend to its primary shareholder, the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). This financial achievement was highlighted during the hotel's recent Annual General Meeting (AGM), emphasizing its commitment to delivering consistent returns and maintaining its leadership in Ghana's hospitality industry. According to Ghana News Agency, the Managing Director of Labadi Beach Hotel, Mr. David Eduaful, attributed this accomplishment to the hotel's dedication to excellence and value delivery to stakeholders. Mr. Eduaful remarked on the significance of the team's hard work and its impact on guest experiences, expressing optimism about the future prospects of the hotel. Mr. Eduaful, who recently received the CIMG's Marketing Man of the Year 2023 award, highlighted the role of the hotel's Board and staff in driving the hotel towards achieving greater excellence. He noted that th eir collective efforts have been instrumental in sustaining the hotel's success streak. Previously, the Labadi Beach Hotel distributed a dividend of GHS25 million in 2022 and GHS10 million in 2021 to SSNIT. This year, the hotel has garnered several prestigious awards, including the CIMG Hospitality Facility of the Year 2023 and the Ghana Tourism Authority's Five-Star Hotel of the Year at both regional and national levels. Prof. Douglas Boateng, Board Chairman of Labadi Beach Hotel, lauded the team's unwavering dedication and the robust corporate governance that underpin the hotel's accomplishments. He emphasized that these factors have been the cornerstone of the hotel's sustained industry leadership and excellence.
