President Kais Saied had Wednesday a phone talk with his Mauritanian counterpart Mohamed Ould Ghazouani.
On this occasion, the Head of the State voiced respect to the Mauritanian president for ordering to provide Tunisia with medical equipment to support its efforts to counter the COVID-19 pandemic.
For his part, the Mauritanian President said this initiative “solely reflects the strong, close and brotherly relations between both peoples.”
“The joint support between both countries is not measured by its value, but rather by its symbolism; which reflects the strong brotherly and cooperation relations between both countries,” a Presidency of the Republic press release reads.
