Tunisia’s handball team, on Monday, conceded defeat to Morocco 24-28 at a classification match for 3/5th place at the Men’s Handball African Cup of Nations (Egypt 2022, July 11-18).
The national team finished 4th at the competition, and will thus play in the next World Cup, scheduled from January 11 to 29 2023 in Poland and Sweden in group H alongside Denmark, Belgium and Bahrain.
Morocco will be in group G with Croatia, the United States and the winner of the tournament among Egypt and Cape Verde.
Tunisia had lost Saturday in the semi-finals to hosts and defending champions Egypt 27-29
