Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar received a phone call from his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, focusing on the “age-old friendly relations between Tunisia and Russia.”
The two ministers discussed upcoming bilateral meetings and ways of strengthening cooperation in all fields, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Tunisian and Russian FMs held consultations on regional and international issues of common interest.
Both parties stressed the need to take into account balanced and responsible positions in light of the profound and rapid changes in the world.
