Monastir-Coronavirus: 101 patients admitted in hospitals

One person has died from the coronavirus in Moknine in the governorate of Monastir where the death toll of the pandemic has risen to 540 people, the Regional Health Directorate announced on Tuesday.
Similarly, 32 additional people have tested positive, including 15 in Ouardanine, bringing the total number of infected people in the region to 2,977 since the outbreak of the virus.
According to the same source, the number of active cases in the region currently stands at 1,093 cases including 101 patients hospitalised in the hospitals of the governorate, fifty of whom are placed in the Fattouma Bourguiba University Hospital in Monastir.
Besides, three Covid patients have recovered from the infection, which brings the total number of cured cases to 18,564 cases in the governorate of Monastir where 60,737 citizens have been vaccinated so far against the coronavirus, 26,755 of whom have received their second dose, according to the same source.
