Accra: Officials of the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, intercepted a cargo being packaged for shipping at the Swiss Port at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA), Accra, containing concealed substances suspected to be cocaine and destined for The Netherlands.
According to Ghana News Agency, the NACOC stated that a total of 73 slabs with a weight of 89.74 kg were uncovered.
‘Four suspects have been picked up and are currently in custody at NACOC whilst investigations are underway,’ the statement added.
