Najla Bouden insists on cohesion of government work to face crisis

Prime Minister Najla Bouden met Friday afternoon at the Kasbah, with her entire government team.

On this occasion, she stressed the importance of cohesion and complementarity of government action and the need for government members to work together to meet the challenges facing the country in this exceptional phase and face the difficult economic situation.

She called on ministers to “work seriously and selflessly to restore the confidence of the citizen in all institutions of the state”, and to “set each of the priorities of his department,” said a statement of the Prime Ministry.

The Prime Minister listened to the proposals of the ministers and placed emphasis on the need to boost the work of the government to meet the expectations of Tunisians, the same source said.

The first Cabinet meeting of the government Bouden was held Thursday Carthage under the chairmanship of President Kaïs Saïed.

Najla Bouden had unveiled Monday the formation of her government, consisting of 24 ministers including 9 women and a Secretary of State who were sworn in before the President of the Republic.
