New governor of Tataouine sworn in

Newly-appointed Governor of Tataouine Mohamed Ali Barhoumi was sworn in Saturday before President Beji Caid Essebsi.

Prime Minister Youssef Chahed appointed Ali Barhoumi as Governor of Tataouine and Mohamed Cherif as First Delegate of the governorate.

These appointements follows the PM’s visit in the governorate which has been shaken by a wave of protests for two weeks.
