Palestine Week in schools from May 17 to 22

The Ministry of Education, on Sunday, decided, to organise the “Palestine Week in schools», through a series of awareness and educational activities, as part of its willingness to educate generations and youth to the noble Palestinian cause and in support of the resistance of the Palestinian people. This is besides rooting the values of justice and law and human and universal solidarity against all kinds of occupation and persecution.
In a note to the regional delegates of education, inspectors of elementary, basic and secondary schools and directors of schools affiliated to them, the Ministry called to invite teachers of Arabic language, civics, history and geography in the fifth and sixth grades of primary education and teachers of these subjects in colleges and high schools to dedicated 30 minutes of teaching sessions, during the period from May 17 to 22, to introduce the Palestinian cause to young people and highlight its origins and its various human components and the right to freedom.
The ministry also called to address the Palestinian issue and publicise it widely in the activities of cultural clubs, internal radios and official social media pages of schools.
