Techiman: President John Dramani Mahama has officially launched the ‘Feed Ghana Programme’, the flagship initiative of his government at Techiman in the Bono East Region.

According to Ghana News Agency, the ‘Feed Ghana Programme’ is designed to boost food production through the implementation of modern farming techniques, strengthen agricultural infrastructure and establishment of agro-industrial zones throughout Ghana. The President stressed the need for bold and decisive actions to be taken in order to elevate agriculture to a central position in the country’s economic transformation.
