According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, President Saied expressed his prayers for God's mercy upon the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident. The statement was issued by the Presidency of the Republic. In their conversation, both leaders reaffirmed the strength of the longstanding ties between Tunisia and Algeria across all fields.
