A cabinet meeting held Thursday at Carthage Palace, under the chairmanship of President Kais Saied, adopted a series of draft economic and social decrees. They include:
-Draft presidential decree fixing the tariffs of the services rendered by the National Centre of the Business Register and the modalities of their payment.
-Draft presidential decree establishing a management unit by objectives for the implementation of the project of development of agricultural sectors in the governorate of Zaghouan and fixing its mode of operation.
-Draft presidential decree amending and supplementing decision No. 1311 of 2013 dated February 27, 2013, on the creation of a management unit by objectives for the implementation of the integrated agricultural development project in the governorates of Kef and Kasserine.
-Draft presidential decree on the creation of a management unit by objectives for the implementation of the flood control project in the west of Majerda (zone D) and the setting of its operating mode.
-Draft presidential decree on the creation of a management unit by objectives for carrying out a project of construction of two dams and their hydraulic works in the governorates of Kef and Beja.
-Draft presidential decree on the creation of a management unit by objectives for the implementation of the integrated development project in Joumine, Ghezala and Sejnane (phase 2) and determining its operating mode.
-Draft presidential decree on the creation of a management unit by objectives for the achievement of road infrastructure projects financed by the World Bank.
-Draft presidential decree on the expropriation for the purposes of public utility of a parcel of land located between Tina and Mahres (governorate of Sfax) necessary for the extension of the national road n°1 linking Tina to Sfax.
-Draft presidential decree on the expropriation for the purposes of public utility of a parcel of land located in Korba (governorate of Nabeul) necessary for the extension of the regional road n°27.
-Draft presidential decree on the expropriation for reasons of public utility of a parcel of land located in Medenine necessary for the extension of highway A towards Tataouine.
The cabinet meeting also adopted draft presidential decrees relating to the achievement of a management unit by objectives of the Programme for the promotion of female entrepreneurship
The cabinet meeting approved draft presidential decrees on the implementation of a management unit by objectives of the RAIDA female entrepreneurship promotion programme, setting general conditions for the exercise of telemedicine and its fields of application, the creation of higher education and research institution, and another decree amending decree No. 416 of 2008 relating to the administrative, financial and scientific organisation of public scientific research facilities and their mode of operation.
