Tunis: President of the Republic Kas Saed has granted pardon to several pupils and students detained for drug possession or consumption, who were not involved in drug trafficking, on the eve of the new school and academic year. This decision was revealed by an informed source at the Presidency of the Republic.

According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, the presidential pardon is intended to enable these individuals to resume their academic studies. The source emphasized that this measure specifically targets those not involved in drug trafficking activities.
