He argued that these individuals were voicing personal opinions rather than divine revelations, showing little concern for the accuracy of their predictions. Rev Dr Dzanku emphasized that God is neither a liar nor confused, and would not convey contradictory messages to different prophets. He warned that such conflicting prophecies could jeopardize national peace and security, urging these 'Prophets' to refrain from meddling in electoral outcomes, a responsibility that rests with the Electoral Commission (EC). He cautioned Ghanaians against being swayed by those he described as charlatans, who masquerade as prophets spreading falsehoods. Additionally, he advised political parties to disregard these 'so-called revelations' and reminded them that God would not declare two winners in a single contest. Rev Dr D zanku encouraged citizens to participate peacefully in the electoral process, maintaining calm before, during, and after the elections. He warned that if unchecked, these religious figures, tasked with promoting peace, might instead incite chaos with their false prophecies. He also urged religious leaders to be prudent in their public statements, and called on the media to deny these charlatans a platform to disseminate their misleading messages.
