Publication of final List of candidates for ISIE Board

Speaker of the House of the People’s Representatives ( HPR), Mohamed Ennaceur, ordered the publication on the official parliamentary website of the final list of candidates for the Independent High Authority for the Elections (ISIE), in the three categories subject to renewal (lawyers, communication officers and representatives of Tunisians abroad).

In the category “Representatives of Tunisians Abroad”, is included in the final list, Hedi Ben Mokhtar Ben El Karim, Mohamed Ben Mansour Krir, Nadia Ben Mouldi Othmani, Nabil Ben Taher Azizi, Dhaou Ben Abdelkader Moussa, Adel Ben Lahbib Dedi, Abdelkrim Ben Mustapha Kamel Rezgui and Ezzeddine Ben Hassine Ben Hmidi.

The candidates of the “lawyer” category are Kamel Ben Ahmed Rezgui, Mohamed Tlili Ben Mokhtar Mansarfi, Abdeljaoued Ben Mokhtar Harrazi, Khaled Ben Mabrouk Amri, Youssef Ben Mekki Abid, Hatem Ben Bechir Dali, Islam Ben Amara Omrani and Yassine Ben Mohamed Hafi.

In the list of the candidates to the post of communication official, figurent Yosra Ben Ammar Sghaier, Lassaad Ben Hedi Ben Ahmed, Yassine Hamed Korb and Adel Ben Mohamed Hedi Brinsi.

Thjs list will be submitted to vote after a period of ten days reserved for any appeals.

The HPR is required to fill the vacancies at the ISIE as part of the renewal every two years of a third of the composition of its board, in accordance with the legislation in force.

The draw carried out by the ISIE in October 2015, rejected members Faouzia Redissi, Khamayel Fenniche and Kamel Toujani.
