Denkyira: Nana Ama Ayesua Saarah III, the Queen mother of Denkyira Traditional Area, has called on the people of Denkyira to remain united as preparations continued for the installation of a new Paramount Chief. Speaking during the Akwesidae celebration at Denkyira Jukwa, Nana Ama Ayensua Saarah emphasized that unity was the foundation of development and without it, the Denkyira Traditional Council would not make progress. She urged the people to take pride in their heritage and work together for the growth and stability of Denkyira.

According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Nana Boadu Ntiamoah, Executive Director and member of the Denkyira Heritage Foundation, highlighted the history and significance of the Akwesidae festival. He encouraged Ghanaians to visit Denkyira to learn more about its rich cultural heritage, especially as the community prepared for the installation of its new Paramount Chief.
