Minister of Religious Affairs Brahim Chaibi announced the resumption on November 1 of religious activities, including Quran recitation and lessons in mosques and Masjids. Ablution areas will also open.

This decision follows a meeting Friday which involved the ministries of religious affairs and health.

Chaibi said there is need for continuous observance of the health protocol and further disinfection and cleaning, the ministry said.
