Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur (world’s 7th) has advanced to the third round of the French Open (Roland Garros), after defeating France’s Oceane Dodin (122nd) 6-2, 6-3 at a second round game on Thursday afternoon.

Jabeur had qualified for the second round on Tuesday, after a win over Italy’s Lucia Bronzetti (65th) in straight sets (6-4, 6-1).
