President Kais Saied will pay a two-day official visit to Italy on June 16-17, at the invitation of his Italian counterpart Serjio Mattarella.
The Head of the State is expected to meet the Italian President and Prime Minister Mario Draghi, according to a Presidency of the Republic press release.
This visit will offer a “renewed” occasion to identify ways likely to boost the bilateral cooperation in various fields.
It aims to step up consultation and coordination between the two “friendly” countries and to share points of view on regional and international issues of joint interest, the press release added.
