Tunisia: The month of Safar 1447 AH will begin on Saturday, July 26, 2025, according to a statement issued Thursday evening by the Mufti of the Tunisian Republic.

According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, the crescent of Safar was not sighted at sunset on Thursday, Muharram 29, 1447 AH, corresponding to July 24, 2025. Therefore, Friday, July 25, 2025, will be the 30th and final day of Muharram 1447 AH, the statement added.
