This project is funded by the European Union and the Swiss Cooperation and supported by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and UN Habitat.

The project “Sharing Migrants’ Realities” aims to give, during its 4-month implementation period, “a better orientation of the view on migrant communities by enhancing their socio-economic contribution and the advantages linked to their presence in the host community”, said expert coordinator of the project and executive director of the association Afrique Intelligence Franck Yotedje.

He added: “the objective is to balance the narratives and promote communication on migration in order to deconstruct the prejudices surrounding the presence of migrants in the city of Sfax.
