Some 31 persons arrested in Sfax for trying to illegally cross to Italy

Thirty one persons aged between 16 and 52, from Sidi Bouzid and Monastir, were arrested on Sunday by the Sfax coastguards at the level of the island of Rmadia in Kerkennah, according to an Interior Ministry press release on Monday.

These individuals admitted that they were intending to illegally cross to Italy, specified the ministry.
