State recovers 127 hectares of its lands in Zaghouan

The services of the Regional Directorate of State Property and Land Affairs in Zaghouan have recovered an agricultural land with an area of 127 hectares called Henchir Marcel located in Smenja, delegation of Bir Mchargua, Governorate of Zaghouan.

In a statement, the Ministry of State Property and Land Affairs emphasized that the operation of restitution was carried out following the enforcement of an evacuation decision issued by the governor of the region and in the presence local and security authorities.

The recovered state property has been turned over to the State Lands Office (OTD), pending its rehabilitation as soon as possible, the source said.
