The announcement was made to address concerns about the sudden disruptions in power supply experienced by many residents.
According to Ghana News Agency, the ECG released a statement assuring affected customers that their engineers are diligently working to repair the faults and restore power. The company emphasized that individual or localized outages, as well as incidents involving fallen poles or sagging conductors, should be promptly reported.
