Accra: An Accra High Court has dismissed a judicial review application filed by suspended Chief Justice Gertrude Sackey Torkornoo.

According to Ghana News Agency, the court held that the application for judicial review was an abuse of the court process as some issues in respect of some reliefs sought by the applicant had already been dealt with by the Supreme Court.
