Takfiri cell broken up in Ettadhamen neighbourhood

A three-member Takfiri terrorist cell was broken up by the National Guard’s Ettadhamen neighbourhood (Ariana) Research and Investigation Brigade, the Interior Ministry said in a press release.

During the interrogation, two of them admitted belonging to the Takfiri thinking and connection to a dangerous terrorist who is currently with the terrorist organisation Daesh.

Following co-ordination with the Public Prosecutor, the two suspects were placed into custody over suspected belonging to a terrorist organisation and a wanted notice was launched against the third member.
