Accra: The TDC Company Limited has announced that its 24-hour prestige, premium services, and call centre have garnered encouraging feedback from clients globally. Mr. Courage K. M. Nunekpeku, the Managing Director of TDC, shared this information during a media interaction, providing insights into the progress of the three-month 24-hour operation.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Nunekpeku stated that clients are utilizing the service across its three-shift schedule, with feedback proving to be encouraging. The company plans to explore ways to enhance the service further. He mentioned that TDC has met its financial target, achieving about one million Ghana cedis since the service's inception three months ago and aims to continue progressing.
Mr. Nunekpeku highlighted that the positive client response bolsters the company's resolve to elevate standards across its operations. He disclosed that the premium service has processed over 200 applications, including transfer interest, leased document certified true copy, consent to mortgage, and mortgage in principle. These processes have been expedited to take a maximum of three days, thanks to the introduction of a VIP lounge for prestige and premium services.
The 24-hour call centre remains operational around the clock, supported by three shifts to ensure uninterrupted customer assistance. The premium service provides expedited processing for selected applications such as searches, certificates, offer letters, and declarations in an exclusive setting. Meanwhile, the prestige services offer high-quality processing times, enabling clients to access services regardless of their location.
