Third Euro-Arab Youth Dialogue opens in Hammamet

The third Euro-Arab Youth Dialogue Sunday started in Hammamet. A group of students from Tunisia, Palestine, Jordan and Germany are participating in this week-long event held as part of the German Commission for UNESCO’s programme.

Education Minister Neji Jalloul told the media, on the sidelines of the opening ceremony, this dialogue is crucial in establishing communication among youths in the two shores of the Mediterranean for an increased cooperation on a number of issues, including sustainable development and education in citizenship.

Student groups will present projects on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including environment, citizenship, development, peace and freedom.
