Three antique traffickers in possession of ancient Hebrew books arrested

Three people were arrested in Sousse on Monday as they prepared to sell ancient Hebrew books.

These include, according to a statement issued by the Interior Ministry Tuesday, a parchment and a manuscript, the authenticity of which has been confirmed by experts of the National Institute of Heritage.

The traffickers of antiquity were arrested at an ambush held by the Criminal Affairs Sub-Directorate of the Judicial Police Directorate of Gorjani.

The public prosecutor ordered that the two suspects be taken into custody and all legal measures taken against them.
