Torgbui Azibodzi III Urges ‘Club 50’ Members to Uphold Core Values


Akatsi: Torgbui Azibodzi III, Dufia of Agorve in the Avenor Traditional Area, has urged members of the newly formed ‘Akatsi Club 50’ to uphold their core values and build a solid foundation for Avenor’s growth and development.



According to Ghana News Agency, Torgbui Azibodzi emphasized the importance of unity, discipline, love, and progress, stating that a group without vision cannot stand. Torgbui Azibodzi, who also has a background as a security consultant in the banking sector, made these remarks during the launch of the group in Akatsi. The association aims to inspire and empower hardworking men to lead and impact their communities through excellence and unity.



He encouraged members to remain focused and avoid actions that could lead to division and negativity, which might hinder their progress. Torgbui Azibodzi expressed his approval of the group’s core values and plans, which led him to accept their invitation to become one of their patrons. He expressed optimism that ‘Akatsi Club 50’ would grow into a significant force for empowerment and development in the area.



Mr. Damond Vorsah, Chairman of the group, highlighted the primary objective of promoting love, compassion, and mutual support among members. Another patron, Mr. Gershon Kofi Dorvlo, Chief Executive Officer of Champions Susu Enterprise, advised the leadership to embrace innovation and creativity, warning that repeating the same actions would yield the same results.



Apostle Paul Gidigasu, General Secretary of Apostolic Vision Church International, also addressed the members, encouraging them to remain humble and committed to serving others. The group currently boasts over 40 members and is governed by a seven-member executive board and a five-member patrons’ council, which includes Torgbui Ladzekpo Tetteh-Gefu IV, Dufia of Horti.



Members of the group described the launch as the beginning of a purposeful movement focused on growth, mentorship, and transformation.
