The Tunis Stock Exchange’s service management system (SMS) has just been certified ISO 2000-1:2018 by the AFAQ AFNOR INTERNATIONAL, becoming the first company in the financial sector in Tunisia to get this certification.

This standard defines the planning, conception, transition, delivery and improvement of services to bring value and increase the satisfaction of our partners, customers and suppliers,” said the Tunis Stock Exchange in a press release.

“Through this certification and with the renewal for the 5th consecutive year of the certification of its information security management system according to ISO 27001:2013, the Tunis Stock Exchange confirms its holistic approach to security management and the quality of its services,” the same source said.

This double certification further underpins the Tunis Stock Exchange’s commitment to uphold the highest levels of operational excellence and quality of services to its partners and clients,” the same source added.
