Tunis: Tunisia affirms its support for the State of Qatar in all its efforts to defend its territory and sovereignty. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Mohamed Ali Nafti stressed the danger of the occupying Israeli entity continuing its arrogant aggressive approach, emphasizing his country's solidarity with the State of Qatar, its leadership, and people. Tunisia fully supports all efforts by Qatar to defend the sanctity of its lands and national sovereignty following the recent treacherous Israeli aggression.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, Nafti delivered a statement in Tunis during the emergency Arab-Islamic summit in Doha, highlighting that the Israeli entity, already engaged in a nearly two-year genocidal war and continuous starvation policy against the Palestinian people, has now extended its brutal attacks against several Arab and Islamic countries, including Qatar. Qatar is currently sponsoring mediation efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

Nafti reiterated Tunisia's solidarity with Qatar and its full support for all efforts to defend the sanctity of its territory and national sovereignty. He stated that the crimes committed by the Israeli entity against Arab and Islamic lands represent a serious violation of all international and humanitarian charters and laws, and a threat to Arab and Islamic security.

He also noted Tunisia's principled and unwavering position in support of the Palestinian people in their efforts to regain their legitimate rights. These rights, he emphasized, will not lapse with time, with the foremost being the establishment of an independent, fully sovereign state on all of Palestine, with Jerusalem as its capital.
