Tunisia will be the guest of honor at the day of the digital Francophonie, which will be organised by the French Business Movement (Medef), during the French Entrepreneurs’ Meeting (REF), scheduled for next August in Paris, announced, Thursday, in Tunis, the Medef’s delegate president, Patrick Martin.
Martin made this announcement during the Tunisian-French economic meeting, held at the headquarters of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA), on the theme “Tunisian-French partnership for a regional innovation platform”.
“This day will be an opportunity to mobilise partners and companies to take part in the 8th Summit of the Francophonie that Tunisia will have the honor to host on November 20 and 21 in Djerba, said UTICA, president Samir Majoul.
In this regard, he recalled that an economic forum bringing together the employers of French-speaking countries will be organised on the occasion of this summit, affirming the commitment of Tunisia in terms of economic Francophonie.
“These French-speaking economic meetings carried and shared by all the French-speaking employers and companies will be an event for the impetus and development of business,” he said, stressing that “the French language is a passport for access to a French-speaking economic area.
