Tunisia Startups, CCITF ink partnership agreement

Tunisia Startups and the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITF) concluded a partnership agreement, in a bid to develop and consolidate the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem and to foster cooperation between the world of business and that of innovation, the CCITF said on Wednesday.

The agreement was inked Tuesday by Tunisia Startups President Amel Saidane and CCITF President Khelil Chaibi.

The startup ecosystem is distinguished by its dynamism, enabling it to be on the radar of international investors, and the inked agreement is likely to facilitate the connection between the CCITF member enterprises and the innovative startups, Saidane considered.

The agreement will foster synergies that would create opportunities between the business world and that of innovation, Chaibi said, specifying that it will help organise networking events between the two communities, promote startups at the African level through fairs and exhibitions organised by the chamber and support female entrepreneurship.
