Tunisia takes delivery of new batch of medical supplies from Saudi Arabia

Tunisia, on Wednesday, took delivery of a new batch of medical supplies and oxygen concentrators, donated by Saudi Arabia to support the country’s efforts to counter COVID-19, said the Presidency of the Republic.

The reception ceremony was attended by Senior adviser to the President of the Republic in charge of national security Major General of the Navy Abdel Raouf Atallah, Director General of Military Health Major General Mustafa Ferjani and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Tunisia Abdul Aziz bin Ali Al-Saqr.

The Presidency of the Republic voiced gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its support to Tunisia in this difficult epidemiological situation.

Saudi Arabia, on August 25, donated 600,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines to Tunisia.
