Tunisia to host forum on Trade with Africa, April 24-25

Tunisia will host on April 24-25 a Forum on Trade with Africa that will bring together numerous investors, officials and specialists from African countries, Trade Minister Omar El Behi announced.

This forum aims to reinforce economic relations between Tunisia and African countries and to strengthen bilateral agreements so as to promote investment and inter-African trade, he said on the fringes of the Financing Investment & Trade in Africa Conference FITA 2018, February 6-7 in Tunis.

Co-operation and exchange possibilities in the health, higher education and engineering fields as well as in matters of study offices will be reviewed during this event, he added.

The organisation of this economic forum is part of the government’s strategy to help Tunisian enterprises access the African market and to boost investment of African countries in Tunisia.
