Tunisian-Algerian business, partnership meetings in health sector, March 7-8

Tunisian-Algerian business and partnership meetings in the health sector will be held on March 7-8, on the fringes of Tunisia Health Expo, March 7-10.

These meetings will be held by the Exports Promotion Centre (CEPEX) representation office in Algiers and the Tunis Company of International Fairs (ITF), with the support of the National Health Federation and the National Board of Tunisian Tourism (French: ONTT).

According to a press release Thursday, the Algerian delegation to Tunisia includes 40 operators representing 25 enterprises of different specialties of the health sector: private clinics, medical assistance, medical equipment and consumables, medical tourism, etc.

Algerian operators seeking Tunisian partners to set up industrial projects in the medical sector are also in the delegation.

In addition to the B2B meetings and a visit to Tunisia Health Expo, the Algerian delegation will also attend works of the Medical Tourism Congress to be organised on the sidelines of the fair and will pay visit to some private clinics.

The goal of this action is to reinforce collaboration between the two countries in a sector that offers numerous opportunities not only at the level of healthcare services but also at the level of industrial partnership, training, medical informatics and other services linked to the health sector, the same source explained.
