Twenty French companies to participate in 3rd High Council for Co-operation in Tunis

Twenty French companies are expected to participate in the 3rd French-Tunisian High Council for Cooperation, to be held from June 2 to 4, in Tunis, with attendance of French Prime Minister Jean Castex as well as ministers and public and corporate officials of both countries.
French Prime Minister Jean Castex will make an official visit to Tunisia on June 2 and 3 on the 3rd French-Tunisian High Council for Cooperation.
His trip follows President Kaïs Saïed’s visit to Paris in May 2021 during the summit on African economies.
French companies will take part in the digital sector economic meeting on June 3 at UTICA, as well as in personalised business and partnership meetings on June 4 in the northern suburb of Gammarth.
The 3rd French-Tunisian High Council for Cooperation brings together the two premiers of the two countries every two years to discuss all issues related to cooperation, including economic development, security, education and training, culture and the Francophonie.
The second French-Tunisian High Council for Cooperation was held on February 14, 2019 in Matignon. It was attended by the two countries’ prime ministers.
