UNFT organises national campaign to support peaceful protests

The National Union of Tunisian Women (UNFT) launches, starting from this Saturday, a national campaign to support peaceful demonstrations to sensitise the citizens of the importance of preserving public goods and institutions.

Joined by TAP, UNFT President Radhia Jerbi called for the need to face up acts of vandalism and looting, stressing that this campaign will target the governorates of Jendouba, Siliana, Sousse, Kairouan, Kasserine, Gafsa, Kebili and El Kef.

This campaign comes after the acts of night violence occurred in recent days in some neighborhoods and cities of the republic.

According to her, this campaign will target parents, families and citizens in general to encourage them to contribute to the protection of institutions against acts of vandalism.
