UTICA supports ALO initiatives to promote investment and employment in Arab countries (Samir Majoul)

President of the Tunisian Conferation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) Samir Majoul underlined his organisation’s support for the Arab Labour Organisation’s (ALO) initiatives to promote investment, employment and trade of each Arab State and in bilateral relations.

Majoul was speaking Wednesday at a meeting at the UTICA headquarters, with ALO CEO Faiez Mtiri in the presence of board member of the organisation Khalil Ghariani and director of the Arab Centre for Labour Administration and Employment (ACLAE) Rabah Megdiche, according to the statement of the employers’ organisation.

Majoul and Mtiri referred to cooperation in the economic and social fields within the framework of the ALO and in the different structures of inter-Arab work.

Created in 1970, the ALO works to coordinate the efforts of governments, businessmen and workers at the Arab and international levels, to develop and preserve trade union rights and freedoms.
