UTICA takes part in business forum of Agadir Agreement member countries and West African OIC member countries

A delegation of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) led by President of the Business Council of the Agadir Agreement Member Countries Mohsen Boujbal is taking part in the Business Forum of the Agadir Member Countries and West African OIC Member Countries held on May 10 and 11, 2018 in Morocco.

This forum aims to strengthen and develop trade and investment between the member countries of the Agadir Agreement (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan) and West African OIC member countries.

The Tunisian delegation participates in bilateral meetings on several sectors, including agribusiness, the pharmaceutical industry, textiles and leather.

This forum is organised by the Islamic Center for the Development of Trade (ICDT), the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) and the Agadir Agreement Technical Unit (ATU), under the auspices of the Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and the Digital Economy and in partnership with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) and the Economic Commission for Africa.
